What is inside

engine/agent-engine (:10101) drives the multiplexer, holds the chat log, seals the transport and delivers to and from panes. engine/voice-engine (:10102) runs in-process sherpa-onnx TTS and STT behind a loopback-only contract. server (:10100) is your own app-server: it serves the app, owns push and settings, and relays sealed WebSocket frames between your phone and engine. app is the PWA you open from that server locally or over Tailscale.
